As a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant, Cesar is responsible for enabling the growth of TFA’s overall Retirement Plan Consulting offering. This involves working directly with TFA’s Wealth Advisors and affiliate partners, to develop new business, as well, as interacting with business owners and retirement plan sponsors as the subject matter expert. Duties include consultation with retirement plan sponsors, reviewing retirement plan designs, identifying ways in which TFA can bring value with improved plan design and service, coordination of vendor relationships, and coordinating the education of plan sponsors and plan participants.
