Courtney Voellm

Courtney Voellm serves as Wealth Management Assistant Lead with Tompkins Financial Advisors, where she leads, coaches, and develops a team of Wealth Management Assistants to support operational excellence, compliance, and quality controls across multiple regions. She joined the organization in 2026, bringing two decades of experience in the financial services industry.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial operations, project management, and client service, Courtney has built a career focused on enhancing operational effectiveness, leading complex initiatives, and supporting highperforming teams. Her background includes extensive experience managing largescale projects, driving process improvements, mitigating operational risk, and serving institutional clients in highly regulated environments.

Prior to joining Tompkins Financial Advisors, Courtney spent more than 20 years with BNY, where she held a series of leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Client Service Manager II, overseeing a global team supporting asset servicing clients across the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Poland. Throughout her tenure, she led client activation initiatives, managed large institutional relationships, supported system conversions and onboarding projects, and helped drive automation and process standardization efforts across business lines.

Courtney earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. She resides in Cicero, New York, with her husband and children.
