David S. Bolger is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Tompkins Financial Advisors. As market leader, David is responsible for relationship management and operational activities for financial advisory across Tompkins Financial Advisor’s Pennsylvania market. This includes growing assets under management, expanding wealth management operations and executing the firm’s strategic wealth management initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, David joined Tompkins in 2025, after previously serving Citizens Wealth Management as a vice president and high net worth department and regional leader. Bolger is an expert relationship manager, with dedicated experience leading teams of experts to guide and advise high-net-worth families.
An active member of his community, David is a Board Member of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Chester and Montgomery Counties and Manna Philadelphia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
