Prior to joining Tompkins Financial Advisors in 2026, Doug served clients at Citizens Private Wealth, where he earned a reputation as a trusted advocate and advisor. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping clients navigate important financial decisions while aligning wealth management strategies with their personal, family, and business goals.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Kent State University and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, with concentrations in Finance Management and Operations Management for both Manufacturing and Service. Active in the community, he serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Family Services. Doug resides in Pittsford, New York, with his wife, Wendy, and their three children.
