Evan Carr

Evan Carr is Managing Director for Tompkins Financial Advisors’ Western New York
region. In this role, he leads the wealth management business across the region, with
responsibility for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and developing a
high-performing advisory team. He brings extensive experience working with highnet-
worth individuals and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals
through personalized wealth management strategies.

Evan joined Tompkins Financial Advisors from Armbruster Capital Management,
where he worked closely with clients to deliver customized financial strategies and
played a key role in business development and relationship management. Prior to
that, he served as Senior Relationship Manager at O’Keefe Stevens Advisory, Inc. in
Rochester, overseeing high-value portfolios and providing strategic planning and
investment guidance.

A graduate of Nazareth College, Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He
is active in the Rochester community, serving on the Board of Governors at
Irondequoit Country Club in Pittsford and as a George Eastman Circle member for
the University of Rochester. He resides in Rochester, New York.
