Michelle Mekos
Shelli is the Executive Assistant to the President for TFA and is based in the Central New York market. In addition to supporting the president, she assists each of the TFA leadership team members when needed, as well as coordinates events, team communication, marketing efforts and new hire onboarding. She also supports the SVP of Human Resources for Tompkins.
Shelli enjoys being engaged as a member of the TFA Employee Engagement Task Force, that not only creates ways to recognize team members, but also plans fun activities for the organization! She also loves problem solving and organizing/structuring anything that she can.
Shelli is also involved with the community as the Recording Secretary of the Legacy Foundation, as well as supporting its Executive Director. She is married to a local commercial banker and has two, young-adult children.
