Lauren Kolb

Lauren Kolb, CWS®, is a senior vice president and senior wealth advisor with Tompkins Financial Advisors. She is based in the Garnsey Road office in Pittsford, NY.  

A veteran of the financial services industry, Lauren is responsible for managing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of Tompkins Financial Corporation. She is a client-focused advisor who works closely with high net worth individuals, corporations and community organizations as a financial partner, delivering all aspects of wealth management services.

Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and master’s degree in strategic leadership, both with high honors, from Roberts Wesleyan College. Additionally, she holds her Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) designation administered by Cannon Financial Institute. This designation is awarded to those individuals completing a comprehensive program of study surrounding key wealth management issues facing clients
today.

Among her many academic, community and professional accomplishments, she was most recently awarded the 2020 Financial Leader of the Year Award issued by the Rochester Business Journal. Notably, Lauren is also a past recipient of the ATHENA Award and was featured as a “Woman to Watch” by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.

An active member of her community, Lauren is a tireless advocate for causes close to her heart such as the United Way of Ontario and Monroe County, Professional Women of the Finger Lakes, Rochester City Ballet, Roberts Wesleyan College National Business Council, Mercy Flight Central, Ontario Yates Fund for Women and Girls (ONYA), and the Italian Heritage Foundation of Rochester.

A native of Webster, NY, she currently lives in Victor, NY, with her husband, Brian Kolb.
